The preliminary Market Analysis is typically done from the information you provide, public records and viewing the property from the street and is generally a good estimate of the approximate market price.  Before you market your property a full interior Market Analysis or Appraisal should be done to determine a more accurate market price.   Busy B Realty would be happy to do an interior market on any home.  Please include contact information if you would prefer an interior market.
