List your Rentals for free on our website!

Busy B Realty is happy to provide this new service that will allow anyone in our market area to list their rental properties for our 100's of daily visitors to view. The catch? There is none. This service is completely free save for the time it takes to enter the data, and while we do hope you will consider Busy B Realty for your real estate needs in the future, you are not obligated in any way to do so. We will also periodically chose a rental at random to feature in our advertizing to promote this free service.

How do I list my Rentals on www.busybrealty.net?

Simply Register and Login to our website and an additional menu will appear on the left hand side of the screen that will let you manage your contact information and the rental properties you have available. (The login link is located near the top right hand corner of the page as well as here.) If you need help entering your rentals, please feel free to contact us. In the future we will be offering a tutorial to get you started. For those without web access, contact us for a rental form that you can fax, mail or e-mail to us.

We do ask you to update your rental listing when it is no longer available or when there are any changes. By default the listing will expire in 30 days, but you may change this to fit your needs. We simply want to avoid listing unavailable properties so that you don't receive unnecessary calls about properties already rented out. You may also 'unpublish' your rental when it is filled and it well remain in our system so you can simply 'publish' it later when the property becomes available again.

Why is Busy B Realty offering this service for free?

It's not uncommon for real estate offices to list rental properties for a fee in higher priced markets. However, we understand that in our very afforable market (The 5th most affordable city in the nation as of 2007), the expense of a Realtor can't be justified in many cases with the low cost of rent. Still, we are periodically contacted by people looking for a rental property, either because they don't know where to look, or it's common for a Realtor to handle rentals in the city they are coming from. Even though we won't receive a commission, we do like to help these individuals because we understand word of mouth is the most valuable advertizing, and tomorrows new homeowners are today's rentors. And of course we do hope that you would consider using us for your real estate needs in the future.

So How Much Does This Cost?

Nothing, really. We do appreciate the referal fee offered by some landlords, but this is not required and you are not obligated to use Busy B Realty for your other real estate needs.
